1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Magnificent Training learning platform and every service offered through it, including courses, diplomas, programs, lessons, exams and certificates. By creating an account, enrolling in any program, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform: the Magnificent Training website and its associated digital learning services.
• Trainee: any person who creates an account on the platform or enrols in any of its training content.
• Training content: courses, diplomas, programs, lessons, video and written materials, exams and attached files.
• Certificate: the digital document issued by the platform once a trainee meets the completion requirements of a course.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
• Certain programs may require documents verifying your identity, qualification or professional membership, used only for verification and certificate issuance.
• Trainees must be at least 16 years old, or registered with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Enrolment and Access

• Access to training content begins once enrolment is completed and the required amount is paid, or immediately upon enrolment in free courses.
• Enrolling in a diploma grants access to the courses that make it up, as announced at the time of enrolment.
• The platform may update course content or add new lessons and exams in order to maintain training quality.
• The access period is the one stated on the course or diploma page.

5. Fees and Payment

• Prices are shown on each course or diploma page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway; the platform does not store bank card details.
• Other payment methods (bank transfer or direct payment) may be available and are recorded manually by the platform administration after verification.
• No payment is recognised unless it has been recorded against your account on the platform.

6. Instalments and Partial Payment

• Some courses and diplomas may be paid in instalments, each with a minimum first payment shown on the payment page.
• Access is activated once the required minimum is reached; the remaining balance stays due.
• The full program fee must be settled before a certificate is issued.
• The platform may temporarily suspend access if due instalments remain unpaid after notifying the trainee.

7. Discount Coupons

• Each coupon is subject to its own validity terms: expiry date, number of uses, and the programs it applies to.
• The discount counts towards the amount collected for the program.
• Coupons hold no cash value and may not be transferred to another person.
• The platform may cancel any coupon obtained or used improperly.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• A refund may be requested within seven (7) days of payment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the program content and have not taken any of its exams.
• No refund is granted after a certificate has been issued or after the program exams have been passed.
• If the platform cancels a program before it starts, the full amount is refunded or transferred to another program at your choice.
• Refunds are issued through the original payment method, within the period set by the payment provider.

9. Exams and Assessment

• Passing a course requires completing its lessons, sitting its exams, and achieving the announced passing grade.
• The number of attempts and the duration of each exam are shown on the exam page before it starts.
• Cheating, impersonation, and copying or publishing exam questions are strictly prohibited.
• The platform may void the result of any exam in which a violation is established, along with any consequences that follow.

10. Certificates

• Certificates are issued digitally after the program requirements are met, its exams passed, and its fees paid in full.
• Every certificate carries a unique serial number that allows its authenticity to be verified.
• Certificates are personal and issued in the trainee's registered name; you are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
• Altering or tampering with a certificate is prohibited and exposes the holder to accountability and revocation.

11. Intellectual Property

• All elements of the platform and its training content are owned by or licensed to Magnificent Training and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning only.
• Recording, downloading, republishing, selling, sharing, or using the content to train others without prior written permission is prohibited.
• The platform reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of its rights.

12. Acceptable Use

• Treat instructors and fellow trainees with respect in comments and questions, and refrain from any abusive or unlawful content.
• Sharing credentials, attempting unauthorised access to platform systems, or disrupting its operation is prohibited.
• Using the platform for commercial or promotional activity without prior approval is prohibited.
• The platform may remove any content you post that breaches these rules.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your data and documents are collected solely for registration, training administration and certificate issuance.
• Personal data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service or to comply with a legal obligation.
• Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied, and you may request correction of your data or deletion of your account.

14. Service Availability and Changes

• The platform aims to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee it will be free of interruption due to technical reasons, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its control.
• The platform may modify or discontinue services or content, notifying enrolled trainees of anything affecting their programs.

15. Suspension and Termination

The platform may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, particularly in cases of account sharing, exam cheating, or republishing content. Suspension for a breach does not entitle you to a refund of fees paid.

16. Limitation of Liability

Training is provided to develop knowledge and skills; the platform does not guarantee any particular employment or professional outcome. In all cases, the platform's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program in dispute.

17. Changes to These Terms

The platform may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated text will be published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
